Manyagi ("we", "us") operates the Manyagi platform (the "Service"). This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. By using the Service you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account data: email address, display name, and password hash when you sign up.

Payment data: processed by Stripe. We store the resulting customer ID, subscription status, and receipts — never your card number.

Creations: the prompts you submit, the books, images, and audio you generate, and edits you make to them.

Usage data: pages viewed, credits consumed, IP address, browser/device info, and diagnostic logs.

2. How We Use Your Data

To operate the Service, run generation and edit jobs, meter credits, process payments, prevent abuse, personalize recommendations, send transactional emails, and improve the product. We may generate aggregated, non-identifying analytics.

3. Sharing

We share limited data with subprocessors strictly to run the Service: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database, auth, storage), Google Gemini (AI generation), Printful (physical apparel fulfillment), and email delivery providers. We do not sell your personal data.

4. AI-Generated Content

Prompts and drafts you submit are sent to AI providers to fulfill your request. Outputs are stored in your account. You retain rights to your creations subject to our Terms of Service.

5. Cookies

We use first-party cookies and localStorage for authentication, session state, and preferences. Analytics cookies are used to understand aggregate usage.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. From Settings → Privacy & data you can request a portable copy or ask us to delete your account. A request is reviewed before anything is exported or removed. The export is not an instant download, and deletion is not immediate. Certain records (invoices, fraud logs, published purchases) may be retained as required by law.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location (GDPR, CCPA), you have rights to access, correct, port, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Signed-in requests start at Settings → Privacy & data. Questions can also go to the contact page.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. Children may only use the Service with a parent or guardian who owns the account and supervises use.

9. Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, role-based access, and row-level security to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure; report incidents to us immediately.

10. Changes

We will update this policy from time to time and post the revised date above. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice.

12. Proprietary Systems & Trade Secrets

The Manyagi publishing engine — including the Manyagi Score rubric and weights, the three-tier bible hierarchy (universe, saga, chapter) and its benchmarks, our exemplar craft-DNA library, the name-dedupe and cross-universe collision detector, the live drift sentinel, the world-graph extractor, and the pipeline gates, scorers, and prompts that power them — are confidential trade secrets and proprietary intellectual property of Manyagi. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, scrape, disassemble, benchmark against, or use the outputs of the Service to train competing generative-writing systems, in whole or in part. Prompts, gate outputs, rubric fields, and internal telemetry surfaced anywhere in the Service (including admin, developer, or API responses) are provided solely to operate your account and remain the property of Manyagi.
